Sketches, stairs and 5 functions + video

I have developed 2 images representing the different sections and how each room will function to reflect the five things that the client's will need to do in their buildings:

Heston

1 cook
2 show
3 eat
4 wash
5 grow/harvest

There will also need to be a way to collect deliveries.

This is the bottom section and expands on the bubbly 'mysterious' design that I originally chose to work on. There is a spiral staircase that twirls down from the top in an ice cream cone shape.

I have started to develop this staircase in sketchup.

This expands on the top section. I have started to develop the top ramp/lethal road track.
