Progress...

After having just lost 16 hours of work due to a short fuse in the labs, I thought it would be appropriate to share some of my progress.

Unfortunately I will have to start my lumion file again and develop my moving element movies. I had been saving everything to my desktop and USB, but neither are recoverable. I am seriously bummed about the amount of work I've lost on lumion as I did all of my interiors and textures on it......... serves me right for doing so much in the last couple of days I guess.

Anyway, here shows my journey until yesterday morning....

I started developing some interesting bug like lecture theatres to feature in my parasite like building.

I created interesting bridge structures with glass ceilings to emit sunlight. 

 I developed my plan and sections into a building..

 But decided this would look better if it was flipped...

 I revisited my concepts and honed in on the eco friendly aspects to create this shape.

I put this into my lumion environment which is set in Africa as my family is all from South Africa.
